MAVTV to Feature 2019 MLRA Fall Nationals
By Billy Rock (Wheatland, MO) -- Fans and drivers alike, prepare to strap yourselves in and get your Late Model fix, as the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) takes center stage for two exciting classic rewinds on the MAVTV Motorsports Network.
MAVTV recently released plans to showcase both nights of the 2019 MLRA Fall Nationals from the pristine 3/8 mile Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO. While Mother Nature delayed the season finale by one day due to wet and cold conditions, the action did not disappoint as just shy of 40 cars checked in for battle at the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks".
In this co-sanctioned two-day affair, Will Vaught, Mitch McGrath, and Logan Martin, battle it out for their first Lucas Oil MLRA Championship crown, while stars like Timothy Culp, Tony Jackson Jr., and Brian Rickman have their own title bout to settle on the track with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series Presented by Lucas Oil Products (CCSDS).
Saturday nights 50 lapper will literally turn you upside down from start to finish, as non-championship contenders like Tyler Bruening, Chad Simpson, and Ryan Gustin try to seal the show from the series regulars in their quest for the $5,000 payday.
Sundays season finale paves the way for a pair of series champions to be crowned as the proverbial cream rises to the top in a $3,000 to win showdown for dirt racing supremacy.
The Lucas Oil MLRA is set to embark on their 32nd Annual campaign in 2020, with tour stops stretching across four states, hitting a total of eleven of the Midwest premier dirt track venues.
